Ink rites
I practice tattoo as a rite of passage and initiation. As an honoring of what wants to be seen and carried.
I believe in tatu as an act of decolonization. The colonial parasite teaches us to take, to consume, to rush, to desensitize. It teaches force over feeling, speed over presence, extraction over reciprocity.
A practice of decolonization is to return to an older intelligence, to offer, to honor, to respect, and to move with reverence. My practice is rooted in the rhythms of body & Earth.
I practice attunement to bodies natural rhythm, ensuring the process unfolds without haste or pressure.
Grounded in a background of bodywork, women’s wellness, and informed consent, I approach each session with thoughtful intention. Navigating the intersections of deep pain and pleasure requires that body, mind, and spirit are held in a space of trust.
I aim to cultivate a space where you can fully surrender to receive. This is the essence of kairos, a term often used in chiropractic and somatic fields to describe a critical moment or window of opportunity when profound change and healing can occur.
I love worshiping the body’s unique shapes, curves, and landscapes by accentuating them through carefully crafted lines and sigils.
My approach emphasizes enhancing the body’s inherent forms celebrating existing beauty, including scars and stretch marks, and weaving them into the narrative rather than concealing them.
We don’t always get a choice of what happens to our bodies in this life. Tattoo is a powerful way of claiming what you do choose.
For ink and blood remember, not through words through tissue and tone.
Through resonance ~ marks become a living code.
Marking the skin was never merely decorative. It was relational, ceremonial, and alive. A way of speaking directly to the body’s intelligence… signaling transition, protection, belonging, and becoming.
It is a profound honor to engage in this transformative work. I regard each individual as a living temple. I offer my artistry with full presence and reverence. Tatu is not something placed upon the body as a disconnected act. It is intimate. Relational. And should be entered into with deep presence and consent.

“My ritual ink experience with Angelica was divine. she was able to create a profound space for us to drop in together and merge our visions and hearts. I was amazed in how she was able to alchemize my vision into intricate, tangible art. I left with ink that felt like a visualization of a piece of my soul. I can’t wait to drop in to this portal with Angelica again”-Faith
“The experience of receiving a tattoo from Angelica opened my eyes to how beautiful and wondrous ritual can be, especially with regard to permanent ink. Lineage, both the emboldening and challenging aspects, were present in my ink session. Getting my head tattooed by her provided me with a grounding practice of deep meditation and focus that I’ve not had with my other tattoos. Honestly, she’s set the bar so high for any ink I get in the future and I’m beyond grateful and empowered to have shared in this creation with her. “-Victoria
“I thoroughly and wholeheartedly loved my tatu ritual experience with Angelica. From the creation of my unique piece all the way to the final lines graced my skin, I felt seen and cared for with patience and an open heart. She created a beautiful piece for me and made entirely sure it was what I wanted. The ritual experience helped me set my intention for the ink I was to receive and was a great reflection point for what I want to initiate and call into my life. It made me feel spiritually cleansed and ready to receive such a sweet prayer. It was a deep and intentional energetic experience. We split our session in two, she held ample space for me to be as I am, take breaks, drink water, and nourished me and my soul. A session full of giggles, heart to hearts, and silent mediative focus. You can feel the care she has for her craft through every moment. I'm excited to co-create with and receive more from Angelica in the future. I am so so appreciative of the whole process. “ Paige
“Angelica might be the only being I let ink me ever again. I was and am blessed to have been in the hands of this ink priestess. Laughter, pain, and love. What an honor to be in each other’s presence. The ritual component and valuing the entire experience as sacred is what called me to Angelica. I sent my prayers and intentions beforehand, something I’ve never done, never even considered. The intentionality and magic of our collaboration is something I wear proudly. My session consisted of a freehand intuitive design. The first time I’ve done anything like this, and I surprised myself with how open I was to it. We later added more to this masterpiece and now I also wear stunning flowers on my arm. I feel privileged to adorn myself and my body, and wear such beautiful work from this marvelous star woman.” Aubrey

It’s always such a fluid and enjoyable experience getting to work with Angelica and I hope to continue to create with her for life!” Nikaya
