Breast & Lymphatic Ritual Bodywork
This work arises from lived devotion: by cultivating intimacy with my own body and its thresholds, I have learned how to support others in meeting theirs. I am professionally trained in breast and lymphatic drainage massage and hold each session with deep care, consent, and reverence. I offer this work to bodies seeking deeper connection with the heart, restored circulation of life force (chi), and a renewed relationship to sensation and inner knowing.
Through my own deep descent into my breasts and womb, I have come to understand how transformation and purification move through layers tissue, emotion, energy, and spirit. The feminine mysteries live in these layers. They reveal themselves slowly, through presence, patience, and care.
The lymphatic system is a vast, intelligent network that moves just beneath the skin. It plays a critical role in immune defense, cellular waste removal, inflammation regulation, and the healthy circulation of hormones and fluids. Unlike the cardiovascular system, it has no central pump; lymph moves only through breath, movement, nervous system regulation, and intentional touch.
When lymphatic flow slows — as it often does through stress, compression, trauma, surgery, or prolonged stillness ~ the body can hold congestion not only physically, but emotionally and energetically as well.
The breasts sit at a vital crossroads of this system. Rich in lymphatic vessels and deeply connected to the heart, lungs, armpits, neck, and upper torso, they are gateways to the heart — both biologically and spiritually.
Physiologically, tending to the breasts supports immune resilience, tissue health, and hormonal balance.
Spiritually, they are extensions of the heart center — places where intuition, nourishment, sensuality, and feminine intelligence reside.
Yet many people carry layers of tension, numbness, or disconnection here due to cultural distortion, oversexualization, and shame. Returning conscious, reverent touch to the breasts is an act of reclamation and remembrance. Through slow intentional touch this work can restore fluidity while reopening pathways between body, heart, and inner knowing. It is both physiological support and ritual — inviting softness, presence, and deeper self-connection back into the body.
My relationship to this work is informed not only by professional training in breast and lymphatic drainage massage, but also through my parallel path as a tattoo artist. Tattooing, like lymphatic work, engages the skin as an interface between the physical and subtle bodies — a place where memory, sensation, and meaning converge.
Both practices require attunement, consent, and the ability to listen beneath the surface. Through this lens, the body is not something to fix, but something to witness, tend, and honor. The body remembers how to heal when it is met with presence. This work does not seek to change you. It trusts the innate intelligence of your body.
Who This Work Is For
This offering is for all bodies.
While breast-centered work often draws women, I deeply welcome men into this practice as well, who feel called into deeper connection with their bodies, sensation, and emotional landscapes. I believe that men reconnecting with their hearts is one of the most essential acts of healing and decolonization in our time. Many men have been conditioned away from sensation, vulnerability, and embodied presence as a means of numbing and control. Lymphatic work supports the softening of armor, the restoration of circulation, and a renewed relationship with the heart — not through force, but through safety, slowness, and reverent touch.
This work is inclusive of Two-Spirit, trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse bodies.
Lymphatic and heart centered bodywork can be especially supportive for those navigating gender transition, reclaiming sensation, or repairing relationship with parts of the body that have been medicalized, altered, or protected for survival.
This work can also be supportive for people who have removed their breasts, whether through mastectomy, gender alteration surgery, or medical necessity. With care, consent, and clear communication, lymphatic and scar-tending work may help soften tissue, support circulation, reduce restriction, and gently re-establish connection with the chest and heart space — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
I also lovingly offer this work to mothers and mothers-to-be. Lymphatic and breast tending can be profoundly supportive during the postpartum period—helping to move stagnation, support milk flow, reduce inflammation, and regulate the nervous system during a time of immense giving. This work can also be powerful pre-birth, helping to prepare the heart gateways, open lymphatic channels, and support emotional and energetic readiness as the body prepares to welcome new life.
These offerings are held with deep care, consent, and attunement. They are offered as a complementary, non-medical practice and are not intended to replace prenatal, postpartum, or primary medical care. I am happy to work alongside your existing care team and encourage all clients—especially those who are pregnant or postpartum—to listen closely to their bodies and consult with their healthcare providers as needed.
At its core, this work is a devotion to the body as altar—meeting each person exactly where they are, and tending what is ready to soften, move, and remember.
What to Expect
Each session begins with a drop in where we can attune to what it is that will be most nourishing for you. You are always in control of your body and may adjust or pause the session at any time. This work is slow, intentional, and non-sexual, held in deep respect for the body as sacred space. This space honors sovereignty, complexity, and the many ways bodies carry history, identity, and resilience. Many people experience emotional release, deep relaxation, vivid dreams, or subtle shifts in the days following a session. Rest, hydration, and gentle self-care are encouraged as the body integrates the work.

Ritual Body Tending Lymph & Heart
What is Watsu?
Watsu (Water Shiatsu) is a form of aquatic bodywork practiced in warm water, where the receiver is gently cradled, stretched, and guided through rhythmic movements while floating. Rooted in Zen Shiatsu and developed in hot springs of California, Watsu works with gravity rather than against it allowing the body to soften, the nervous system to downshift, and deep layers of holding to release.
In water, the body remembers how to yield. Breath deepens. Joints decompress. The spine unwinds.
Watsu can be a deeply healing experience because it brings us back to the technology of Womb. In warm water, the body remembers unconditional holding~the love of the mother and of all our creators: water itself.
Watsu works with the intelligence of water, consent, and attunement to offer gentle stretching, joint decompression, and nervous system regulation alongside emotional and spiritual repair. Because the body is supported by water, there is no gravitational load as there is in land-based bodywork. This makes Watsu especially supportive for injury recovery, chronic pain, and bodies that need gentleness rather than force.
This medicine is very personal to me as my mother supported my father’s healing through a severe motorcycle accident using Watsu—allowing his body to rehabilitate and repair in ways that would not have been possible through gravity-based modalities alone.
My Practice
I was raised at Harbin Hot Springs during the first five years of my life. Water was my first language—my first teacher, it shapes who I am completely. Before words, before concepts, there was floating, warmth, containment, and rhythm.
My mother is a trained Watsu practitioner, and Watsu is quite literally part of my creation story. She was practicing Watsu while pregnant with me, and she met my father while giving him a Watsu session. My earliest experiences of being held, supported, and listened to happened in water, before I ever took my first breath on land.
I received Watsu sessions throughout my childhood, and over time my mother passed on the wisdom of this practice to me ~ not only as a modality, but as a way of listening and being with another. These early experiences shaped my understanding of safety, surrender, and attunement in the body. Water taught me how to track subtle shifts, how to feel when a body is ready to open, and how to move with care rather than force. This lineage lives in my hands, my pacing, and my presence.
How I Offer Watsu
Because I do not work from a single, permanent pool, my Watsu sessions are offered more rarely in relation to place.
Sessions may be:
Held at hot springs
Offered in natural waters during the summer (rivers, lagoons, creeks)
Co-created based on location if you have somewhere you wish to receive
Pricing • $444 for two hours.
This time frame allows the nervous system to fully arrive, soften, and enter deeper states of surrender and repair.
Sliding scale or energy exchange may be available in certain circumstances—please inquire.
Immersion Spaces & Collaborative Offerings
I have offered Watsu within immersion spaces, retreats, and land-based ceremonial environments where the body is already oriented toward slowing, listening, and integration.
If you hold an immersion space, retreat, residency, or healing container and would like to offer Watsu to your participants or clients, I am available for collaboration. These offerings can be woven into your existing structure as one-on-one sessions or curated experiences aligned with the intention of your space.
Pricing, logistics, and scope are determined collaboratively based on location, duration, number of participants, and access to water. If you feel resonance, I welcome a conversation.
Water is life.
Remembrance happens here.
Surrender happens here.
No forcing, only attuning to truth.
Water meets you where you are.
